Yealink Phonebook Builder

This tool creates remote phonebook XML files specifically for Yealink IP phones. The output format is not compatible with phones from other manufacturers.

Workflow:

• Client — used in the filename and S3 key
• Phonebook name — appears on the Yealink phone menu
• Slot — choose where the phonebook lives on the phone (slots 2–5 only; slot 1 is reserved for the PBX-generated Company Directory)
• Groups — logical contact groupings (e.g., Sales, Support, Speed Dials). Click a group pill to switch; click the active group's name (or the pencil icon) to rename it; click the × to delete.
• Save & Deploy — generates XML, uploads to S3, and produces a config snippet to paste into your Yealink config

Tips:

• Press Enter in any cell to add a new row below
• Drag and drop XML files anywhere on the page to import
• The XML preview updates live as you type
